ஆணையை ரத்து செய்தல்

நூல் அனுப்பப்படுவதற்கு முன் contact@urkinaru.com என்ற முகவரிக்கு உங்கள் Razorpay கட்டண எண்ணுடன் (Payment ID) எழுதினால் ஆணையை ரத்து செய்து முழுத் தொகையையும் திருப்பித் தருவோம். நூல் அனுப்பப்பட்ட பிறகு ரத்து செய்ய இயலாது.

சேதமடைந்த அல்லது தவறான நூல்

நூல் சேதமடைந்தோ, அச்சுப் பிழையுடனோ, தவறான நூலாகவோ வந்தால், பெற்ற 7 நாட்களுக்குள் புகைப்படத்துடன் மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள். கூடுதல் கட்டணமின்றி மாற்று நூல் அனுப்புவோம்; மாற்று நூல் கையிருப்பில் இல்லையெனில் முழுத் தொகையையும் திருப்பித் தருவோம்.

அஞ்சலில் தொலைந்த நூல்

அனுப்பிய 15 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் நூல் கிடைக்காவிட்டால் எங்களுக்குத் தெரிவியுங்கள். அஞ்சல் துறையுடன் சரிபார்த்த பின், மாற்று நூல் அனுப்புவோம் அல்லது முழுத் தொகையைத் திருப்பித் தருவோம்.

உறுப்பினர் கட்டணம்

வாழ்நாள் உறுப்பினர் கட்டணம் திருப்பித் தரப்படாது.

பணம் திரும்பக் கிடைக்கும் காலம்

பணத்திரும்பல் ஏற்கப்பட்ட பின் 5–7 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள், நீங்கள் பணம் செலுத்திய அதே வழியில் (UPI / அட்டை / வங்கிக் கணக்கு) Razorpay மூலம் தொகை திருப்பி அனுப்பப்படும். உங்கள் வங்கியைப் பொறுத்து வரவு வைக்கக் கூடுதல் நாட்கள் ஆகலாம்.

Cancellation and refund policy (English)

Cancellation: email contact@urkinaru.com with your Razorpay Payment ID before the book is dispatched and we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong book: email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no extra cost, or a full refund if no replacement is available.
Lost in post: if the book has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, tell us; after checking with the post office we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Membership fee: the lifetime membership fee is non-refundable.
Refund timing: approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to credit it.
